Calendar
The Elves invented the first calendar and it is still in use today. As immortal beings, Elves tend to take extremely long views of events and ages. Therefore, their calendar is based on a combination of seasonal change and 30-day lunar cycles.
Year and season are the primary reference points, with each season being sub-divided into three months, each of which is further divided into three "weeks" of 10 days each. Furthermore, there are five extra-calendrical holy days. These occur yearly and are noted below.
